I am not a big fan of store bought chocolate frosting. I prefer the buttery, creaminess of homemade. With just a little bit of effort, and not much money you can achieve great results too!
Milk Chocolate Frosting
3 Cups confectioner's sugar
2/3 Cup cocoa powder
1/2 Cup room temperature butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 to 6 tablespoons milk
With a mixer blend 1 Cup of sugar the cocoa, butter, vanilla, and 2 Tablespoons of milk until creamy, gradually beat in the remaining sugar and milk until smooth.
